Job Summary
Execute mechanical and electrical assembly, painting operations, and validation testing while reading blueprints and following safety guidelines. Perform required inspections, maintain equipment, and participate in problem-solving efforts to meet quality and quantity targets. Stand throughout the entire shift lifting up to 40 lbs in a climate-controlled environment, accepting reassignments as workload dictates. Train team members as assigned and immediately report any equipment, process, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Training or equivalent experience with conventional hand tools (ex. torque wrench, vise drill, wire crimpers, pressure gauges, etc.)
- Must pass respirator health assessment and fit test perf applicable regulation
- Ability to comprehend and execute work assignments with minimal follow up
- Ability to read and comprehend blueprints
- High level of mechanical aptitude
- Ability to use diverse hand tools and equipment to perform duties
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
- Ability to be cross trained in other functions
- Ability to stand throughout entire shift
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred experience with welding, machining, or metal fabrication
