Job Summary
Cook Children's Healthcare System is seeking a Metabolic Geneticist for the Department of Genetics, focusing on patient care, collaboration with a team of geneticists, and involvement in the Texas newborn screening program. Candidates must hold either an M.D. or D.O., have completed a pediatric residency, and be board certified or board eligible in genetics. Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) required
- American Heart Association BLS and PALS
- Unrestricted Texas Medical license
- Successfully completed an ACGME or AMA approved pediatric residency
- Board certified/Board Eligible in medical or medical biochemical genetics
