Job Summary
Conduct retail sales by engaging customers, demonstrating Meta AR/VR products, and recommending the perfect devices to meet their unique needs. Build trust and drive sales by understanding customer requirements and confidently pitching Meta gadgets for fitness, gaming, and entertainment. Maintain store displays by keeping Meta sections clean, organized, and visually appealing to showcase the latest promotions. Partner with retail associates to share knowledge, foster positive relationships, and contribute to a productive work environment. Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically, then submit daily reports using your mobile device.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- The ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations
- Availability to work weekends and up to a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts
- Own a smartphone with an equivalent operating system of an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25
- Ability to stand, walk around, reach, pick up, bend, grab, up to 20lbs occasionally, with continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation
- Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing
- An interest in AV and VR products
