Job Summary
Engage customers on the sales floor to demonstrate Meta AR/VR headsets, accessories, and wearables, building trust by understanding shopper needs and confidently recommending solutions. Represent the brand with professionalism, maintain clean and organized product displays, and partner with retail associates to foster positive relationships. Track customer interactions and feedback electronically, then submit daily reports using your mobile device. Meet monthly sales targets while adhering to operational policies and local store hierarchies. Requires weekend availability and smartphone ownership.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- The ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations
- Availability of working weekends and up to a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts
- Own a smartphone with an equivalent operating system of an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25
- Ability to stand, walk around, reach, pick up, bend, grab, up to 20lbs occasionally, with continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation
- Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing
- An interest in AV and VR products
