Job Summary
Engage customers in Best Buy stores to recommend Meta AR/VR products, demonstrate gadgets for fitness and gaming, and build trust by understanding unique needs. Maintain clean and organized displays while tracking customer interactions and submitting daily reports electronically. Partner with retail associates to train on new AI apps and tools, fostering positive relationships with customers and store staff. Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals through consistent weekend visits and professional representation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- The ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations
- Availability to work weekends and up to a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts
- Own a smartphone with an equivalent operating system of an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25
- Ability to stand, walk around, reach, pick up, bend, grab, up to 20lbs occasionally, with continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation
- Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing
- An interest in AV and VR products
