Job Summary
Deliver immersive product demonstrations for Meta Smart Glasses and Quest mixed-reality experiences, build authentic customer relationships, and drive sales, conversion metrics, and customer retention. Recruit, hire, and develop high-potential talent through ongoing coaching while maintaining operational excellence in scheduling, inventory, and reporting. Serve as the subject-matter expert on Meta wearable and mixed-reality products, staying current on innovations to simplify complex technology for customers in high-traffic mall and lifestyle center locations. Represent the Meta brand professionally in high-visibility environments with flexible availability and on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of retail sales management experience
- Proven success leading customer-facing retail teams
- Experience in high-traffic environments
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- Demonstrated business acumen and data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Skilled in performance management and conflict resolution
- Adaptable and self-motivated
- Passion for technology and customer excellence
- Flexible availability with the ability to be on-call as needed
- Regularly talk, sit, stand, walk and bend over, repetitive use of hands/arms, repetitive use of legs and grasp
- Frequently lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation
