Job Summary
Conduct immersive, hands-on demonstrations of Meta AI glasses and mixed reality products to educate consumers and drive new customer acquisitions. Process transactions using the Point of Sale system while managing daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and maintaining interactive displays. Develop action plans with the Retail Manager to meet key performance indicators and goals. Engage customers through world-class service, leveraging advanced tech-savviness and storytelling skills to influence how they experience the world. Requires night and weekend availability, with regular hours from 10am to 7pm and occasional off-site events.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail
- Proven experience in presentation, public speaking, and/or storytelling
- Exemplary interpersonal communication, soft skills, written, verbal and on camera
- Ability to leverage advanced customer service and industry-related experience to engage with consumers
- Must be results and detail-oriented
- Must be extremely tech-savvy and passionate about technology
- Ability to ask effective questions and be an active listener
- High level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learn
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work on time
- Flexible availability including nights & weekends
- Must be available for on-and off-site events, including occasional shifts outside of regular store hours
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation
