Job Summary
Demonstrate AR/VR products to customers and lead large-scale immersive events within the dedicated space. Serve as the customer escalation point on the sales floor and perform daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and maintaining interactive displays. Train new hires in collaboration with the Retail Manager while developing action plans to meet key performance indicators. Fully understand product features and accessories to influence how customers play, learn, and experience the world.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail
- Proven experience in presentation, public speaking, and/or storytelling
- Familiar with AR/VR technology
- Extremely strong interpersonal communication, soft skills, written, verbal & on camera
- Ability to leverage advanced customer service & industry-related experience to train team members
- Must be results and detail-oriented
- Must be extremely tech-savvy and passionate about technology
- Ability to ask effective questions and be an active listener
- High level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learn
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Able to work well both in a team environment
- Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work on time
- Flexible availability; available to work weekends
- Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation
