Job Summary
Partner with the Store Manager to lead daily store operations, oversee duties in their absence, and drive business performance through customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. Deliver exceptional experiences via product demonstrations and coaching team members toward sales and operational goals. Manage opening/closing procedures, inventory, logistics, POS systems, and cash handling while analyzing store data to implement improvement strategies. Act as a subject matter expert on Meta's wearable and mixed reality products, ensuring technology functions properly with technical support teams. Support recruiting, onboarding, and training for new hires while maintaining brand standards and a culture of accountability. Flexible availability with on-call rotation required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of retail sales management experience
- 3+ years of customer-facing expertise in retail sales
- Demonstrated strength in teaching/coaching techniques
