Job Summary
Conduct retail floor coverage at nearby stores, engaging customers to demonstrate Meta AR/VR products and recommend solutions tailored to their needs. Showcase the latest gadgets across fitness, gaming, and entertainment categories while maintaining clean, organized displays to ensure effective product presentation. Build trust by understanding customer requirements and confidently recommending the perfect Meta product, then track interactions and submit daily sales reports using a mobile device. Partner with store staff to foster positive relationships and adapt to local retail environments while representing both Meta and 2020 Companies with professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work weekends
- Availability to work up to a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts
- Ability to stand, walk around, reach, pick up, bend, grab, up to 20lbs occasionally, with continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation
- Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits
- Own a smartphone with an equivalent operating system of an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25
- Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations
- Thrive in a fast-paced team environment
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing
- An interest in AV and VR products
