Job Summary
Meta Ads Specialist role focusing on planning, launching, and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns (Facebook/Instagram) for nonprofit clients. Responsibilities include developing and managing campaigns, monitoring performance, optimizing targeting, bidding, budgets, conducting audience research, producing actionable performance reports, collaborating with internal teams, and supporting ad copy/testing and landing page recommendations. Requires 2+ years of Meta advertising experience, proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite, ability to analyze data and translate insights into recommendations, budget management, audience targeting and retargeting, and comfort with change in a small, mission-driven company. Work-from-home setup with US EST business hours; based in the Philippines with long-term availability.
