MET – SR. Electronic Technician SMT - 2nd shift

Job Summary
Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain SMT equipment (MyData 100/200 series) and related systems. Provide advanced technical support for production and repair operations. Set up and perform testing, calibration, and diagnostics on complex equipment using schematics and technical documentation. Analyze process performance and product quality data to resolve issues and maintain efficiency. Adjust process parameters to prevent production disruptions. Collaborate with engineering teams to flag issues and provide detailed reports. Perform repair and overhaul services on assigned technologies. Train technicians and support team development. Follow safety and operational standards while handling materials and equipment.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year technical degree (or equivalent military training)
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics
- Solid technical knowledge with the ability to share expertise
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, work overtime, and handle hazardous materials if needed
