Job Summary
Conduct daily site inspections to ensure all services align with technical safety procedures, project specifications, and approved plans. Coordinate the field team to meet deadlines, cost targets, and quality standards while preventing accidents. Manage material receipt, storage, and waste disposal to maintain a clean and organized construction site. Lead new hires through training and development programs to build internal capacity.
