Job Summary
Instructional Aide provides instructional support under a certified teacher, delivering whole and small group or one-to-one instruction in inclusion and pullout settings; conducts guided reading and progress monitoring, maintains student data and reports, collaborates with teachers, supports classroom management and student confidentiality, and participates in staff development and extracurricular activities. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, Educational Aide certification, and meeting Highly Qualified status; bilingual English/Spanish ability preferred.
