Job Summary
Develop force development, training, and readiness initiatives for the Maritime Expeditionary Security Group ONE by assessing, refining, and implementing aligned programs. Prepare written products, briefings, and recommendations for MESF leadership and stakeholders while coordinating with Government personnel and applicable organizations. Deliver oral briefings to support force generation requirements and process improvement efforts, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and authorized AI tools where permitted. Maintain Active SECRET clearance and demonstrate recent NECC or expeditionary experience within the last five years. This role supports Objective Area #4 under the Force Generation Professional Support Services requirement, contingent upon contract award and final Oryza approval.
Required Qualifications
- Active SECRET clearance at the time of proposal submission
- At least 3 years of recent NECC and/or expeditionary experience developing training and readiness initiatives
- At least 15 years of operational, training, and readiness experience with warfare qualification
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated experience preparing and delivering oral briefings
- Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate effectively with MESF leadership, organizations within the community of interest, and personnel
- Ability to support a Government customer in a professional, secure, and mission-focused environment
Desired Qualifications
- Maritime Expeditionary Security Force experience
- Expeditionary community background
- Experience supporting force generation, readiness, training development, or similar Navy expeditionary requirements
- Fluency in the use of civilian and/or Government-approved Artificial Intelligence assistance tools, where authorized
