Job Summary
Greet and attend to customers courteously, taking food and beverage orders with precision according to service standards. Offer menu recommendations, answer client inquiries, and serve meals and drinks quickly while adhering to hygiene and safety protocols. Ensure tables are clean and well-presented before guest arrival, and attend to needs throughout the meal such as refilling drinks and clearing empty plates. This role requires prior restaurant service experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to remain calm under high stress.
