Conduct butchery operations on slaughter and cutting lines, including separating, cutting meat and parts (entry trimming, air sawing, deboning, cleaning bones, separating, weighing, declaring, and finishing meat for packaging). Oversee machine processing and maintenance on track saws, trimming machines, and skinning equipment while ensuring workspace hygiene and sterilization of knives. Assist with weighing tasks and maintain strict adherence to fresh meat production technology flows. Work in shifts across swine and beef processing lines with precision and team responsibility.
