Job Summary
Design, configure, and maintain MES applications using Tulip to digitise shopfloor activities and capture manufacturing tasks. Develop workflows for Electronic Batch Records, Weigh & Dispense, and equipment logbooks by translating manual processes into digital solutions. Support Computer System Validation (CSV) activities, including test script execution and documentation, while ensuring all changes comply with GxP requirements. Assist in SAT/UAT testing, log project issues, and maintain clear documentation for workflows and test evidence. Work closely with manufacturing SMEs, senior engineers, and validation teams to drive progress on validated digital manufacturing applications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in a technical, systems, automation, validation, or IT support role
- Interest in manufacturing systems, digital tools, and shopfloor operations
- Exposure to or willingness to learn MES systems, ideally Tulip
- Basic understanding of testing, validation, or structured documentation practices
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to work in regulated environments
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, manufacturing)
- Proactive attitude with willingness to learn
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and drive progress of project activities
- Ability to manage multiple small tasks and priorities with guidance from senior team members
