MES/SCADA Support Analyst I

Job Summary
Manage, operate, and support MES, SCADA, and Shopfloor IT servers while performing Level II incident and problem management with root cause analysis. Monitor system health, performance, and availability using logging, alarms, and KPIs to ensure successful daily support of Production IT services. Execute Change Management activities for planned downtime, validation, and rollback, and provision operational IT services for Shopfloor Monitoring, MES Traceability, and SCADA Controls. Install systems on Windows platforms, configure interfaces with ERP/PLC/OPC, TCP/IP, and databases, and deploy new system versions using Oracle and Microsoft SQL scripts. Support IT projects following defined standards and requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering
- Solid base on IT MES/SCADA integration experience
- Understanding of ISA-95 / Purdue Model concepts
- Practical experience with industrial communication protocols: OPC UA / DA
Desired Qualifications
- Servers' management
- Visual Studio 2022 knowledge (C#, VB .Net, ASP)
- Scripting to automate tasks, (Power Shell, Python)
- A demonstrated ability for managing large/ complex projects
