MES Programmer (G-Project)

Job Summary
MES Programmer responsible for supporting and troubleshooting manufacturing software systems used in production operations, including testing, packing, and shipping processes. Provides Level 2 software incident management and troubleshooting, develops and maintains MES-related applications, and collaborates with production, engineering, and IT teams to ensure system performance and operational efficiency. Maintains Redmine-based ticketing and documentation, supports system improvements and implementation activities, and creates technical documentation as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Experience with MES systems or manufacturing software support preferred
- Knowledge of software troubleshooting and incident management
- Familiarity with Redmine or similar ticketing systems preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with manufacturing operations and production support is a plus
