Job Summary
Design and optimize production and qualification workflows within the MES system, integrating them into the highly automated manufacturing environment for power transistors. Model and optimize non-productive wafer process flows, such as automated equipment release after maintenance, and create rules for material handling and transport automation. Collaborate with process departments, SPC, FDC, R2R, and SAP teams to ensure seamless system integration, while developing business logic and dispatch rules in coordination with production control and industrial engineering. Provide training and support for key users, including process and maintenance engineers, and analyze production data using SQL and Python to identify improvement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in physics, electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, materials science or a comparable subject, with a specialisation in semiconductor technology/physics or microelectronics
- Good to very good written and spoken German and English (minimum level B2)
- Structured, analytical mindset with a focus on efficiency and automation

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with MES software such as 300works, SiView or OpcenterEx
- Experience in the semiconductor or high-tech industry
- Knowledge of a programming language such as Python, C# or Java
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
