Job Summary
Design MES solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and configure software for process workflows, data collection, and reporting. Implement and integrate systems with ERP, SCADA, and PLCs while conducting testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and minimize downtime. Monitor system performance, manage upgrades and security patches, and analyze production data to identify optimization opportunities for automation and efficiency. Provide technical support to end-users, create documentation, and lead a team of MES OP & Infrastructure members. This role is based at MOBIS Alabama, LLC - Savannah Plant (MSV) and requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3 years or more of experience in System Management
- Strong understanding of production process and related systems
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of Programming language and DB management
- Experience in performance optimization for system and DB
- Programming language skill: C#.NET, MS-SQL, JAVA
- Design and development of Interface program for equipment automation
- Knowledge of strategic, conceptual and consultative process
- Ability to manage multiple projects and schedules to meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills, people-management, leadership and communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills
- Collaborating and communicating skill with other departments
- Interest and working knowledge automotive industry and technology
- Bilingual speaker (English and Korean)
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
