Job Summary
MES Engineer Level 2 in Portsmouth, NH; develops and supports manufacturing equipment and process automation, resolves equipment breakdowns and quality issues, provides SME support for process equipment design/operation, conducts troubleshooting and PI data analyses, assists tech transfer, completes change requests, participates in IPT/JPT as MES representative, plans and executes automation/ capital projects, executes test scripts, owns change requests, supports CAPA/RCA/deviation investigations, reviews SOPs and functional specs, and ensures compliance with GMP/cGMP documentation; familiarity with eBR design, Syncade, and integration with SAP, DeltaV, and Trackwise is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Biotechnology or related field, or foreign equivalent; two years of experience in processing automation systems, PI data analysis, CIP/SIP circuit/review, and quality investigations (CAPA, RCA, deviations); or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Biotechnology; experience with GMP, data integrity, and cGMP documentation is required
