Job Summary

The MES Engineer is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions, supporting operational excellence and data flow between manufacturing systems and enterprise platforms, with a focus on integration and reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience as an MES Developer, Engineer, or similar role in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Experience with MS SQL Server: database design, security, SQL commands, replication, jobs, maintenance plans, troubleshooting
  • Experience linking MES systems with ERP and shop floor equipment

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with AVEVA (Wonderware) System Platform components, including Application Server, Historian, OMI, MES, and related tools
  • Experience with SSRS report development and maintenance
  • Familiarity with system integration protocols (OPC UA/DA, MQTT, Webservices)
