Job Summary
Support the MES system in the manufacturing environment through change management, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities. Provide SME knowledge to the operations team regarding the MES system and partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, and Quality functions to ensure efficient site support. Coach and mentor staff on system usage and basic troubleshooting while contributing to work instructions and procedures for compliance. Lead MES activities in validating new processes and ensure conformance with all relevant policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- A relevant technical diploma
- 3 years experience in a related environment
- Experience working with or supporting MES systems in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis, reporting, or process improvements
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience using SQL for data extraction and analysis
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and data-driven decision making
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- It will be a very big plus if you can bring experience in developing projects or sites from square one
