Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor (Partially Licensed) – North Florida Market

Merrill Wealth Management is seeking a Development-Track Financial Advisor in the North Florida market to work with high-net-worth clients in an in-office Merrill branch. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, developing relationships, reviewing investment goals, and preparing investment recommendations aligned with client objectives. The role leverages technology to grow the book of business, profiles clients to determine investment resources, shadows financial advisory teams to build network, and delivers tailored advice across core Banking, Investment, and Life Priority solutions. You will participate in ongoing training to develop a book of business and achieve financial targets, build relationships with internal service providers, and manage risk with appropriate regulatory due diligence. The position may involve residential mortgage loan origination subject to SAFE Act requirements, and completion of SAFE Act background checks is required.
