Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure enterprise-level web applications for state government clients using MERN/PERN stack. Collaborate with product, development, and client teams to prioritize, customize, and build valuable product features. Act as technical point of contact for state government clients. Implement and optimize database models using Sequelize ORM. Integrate and manage third-party APIs and services (e.g., Microsoft, Zoom, Okta Authentication). Ensure application performance, scalability, and security by following industry best practices. Contribute to peer code reviews and management of CI/CD pipelines. Manage debugging, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues with US-based clients. Coordinate with an international team on progress, evaluations, schedules, and technical/process issues. Maintain technical documentation including development process, architecture, and standard components. Nice to Have: Docker and containerized deployments; knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud services (IaC, IaaS, PaaS).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years of experience in software engineering on large-scale, mission-critical enterprise applications.
