Job Summary
Ensure venue housekeeping standards by regularly cleaning gaming equipment, floors, and surfaces. Conduct service rounds offering refreshments per brand guidelines while monitoring customer behavior for suspicious or disruptive actions. Assist with administration, manage promotions, and resolve customer problems by escalating issues per policy. Interact with customers throughout shifts, logging interventions and maintaining high personal presentation standards. Achieve and impart product knowledge to support the customer journey while adhering to safeguarding and compliance policies.
Required Qualifications
