Job Summary
Conduct full venue operations by managing opening, trading, and closure procedures while ensuring interior/exterior standards and housekeeping are maintained. Support team members through mentoring, regular inspections, and daily administration to achieve targets and maximize income. Enforce company security and safeguarding protocols, including random checks of floats and keys, while addressing employee conflicts and promoting a safe environment. Manage cash collections accurately and implement marketing activities to drive revenue. Work flexible day and night shifts within a 24-hour operation, applying company procedures to all daily activities.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a supervisor or similar role within the gaming, retail, hospitality, or similar industry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience with leading and mentoring others
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable
- Flexibility to work both day and night shifts (if your venue is a 24-hour operation)
- A willingness to learn and develop
- Must be able to work on your own initiative, as well as part of a team
