Job Summary
Develop and execute account management strategies for large, multi-geography portfolios to drive retention, revenue, and membership objectives. Lead renewal processes, present financial decision recommendations, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to address service gaps and operational improvements. Cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and key decision-makers while supporting new business sales with finalist meetings. Own the financial performance of assigned accounts, including pricing, negotiation, and profitability targets, while formulating annual business plans aligned with customer objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience as an Account Manager or Account Executive within the Third-Party Administrator (TPA) industry, health plan, healthcare consulting, or employee benefits environment
- Demonstrated success collaborating across highly matrixed organizations and managing multiple priorities
- Strong relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to influence outcomes and drive initiatives without direct authority
- Desire to contribute to organizational growth, team development, and long-term strategic planning
- Health & Life license required
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Must be able to travel to offsite locations for in-person meetings

- Experience working directly with strategic vendor, advocacy, or navigation partner relationships
