Job Summary
Account Director for Meritain in the Northeast focused on managing and expanding a multi-geography book of business. Leads account management and cross/up-sell strategies to improve customer satisfaction, revenue, and membership. Acts as primary interface for products/services, supports renewal processes with margin and retention targets, collaborates across internal teams to align solutions with client objectives, and drives presentations and high-level client engagements. Requires expert self-funded health plan experience, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), and the ability to travel for in-person meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Active Life, Accident and Health License
- 5+ years of self-funded health care industry experience
- Expert level experience in Self-Funding
- Ability to travel for in-person meetings
