Job Summary
Lead the bank's enterprise-wide Mergers & Acquisitions integration program and oversee the Resolution Planning/Living Will efforts. Responsibilities include coordinating across Technology, Legal, Human Resources, Finance, and Operations to ensure effective integration, driving value and risk management, maintaining status updates with internal/external stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to regulatory expectations and governance standards. Additional duties include analyzing and shaping resolution strategies, managing cross-functional projects, and supporting continuous improvement in data quality, documentation, and audit readiness. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication, with a focus on delivering integrated systems, processes, and benefits for acquired entities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Ten (10) years of directly related experience
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred
