Job Summary
Analyst will lead valuation and financial modeling for Mergers & Acquisitions across store and non-store opportunities; build financial models (pro formas, valuations, DCF, comps, precedents); perform site, market, and competitive analyses; conduct due diligence; support post-transaction integration; collaborate with Finance, Real Estate, Operations, IT, Legal; prepare executive materials and presentations for senior leadership and Board of Directors to influence strategic growth decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or related financial analysis roles
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; strong PowerPoint and Word skills
