Mergers & Acquisitions Integrations Manager

Job Summary
Conduct M&A integrations for newly acquired advisory practices by understanding their workflows, service models, and client experiences to optimize platform readiness and adoption. Collaborate with Integration Leads and home office subject matter experts to augment project plans, track execution, and identify operational nuances requiring special attention. Monitor key performance indicators including platform usage, pre versus post-close processing performance, and Advisor readiness to ensure successful transitions. Work directly with Advisors and support staff to design onboarding experiences that support long-term success within the Hightower ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident or possess other unrestricted U.S. work authorization and will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in an operational role for an RIA preferred
- CRM, client reporting, custodian, and any other typical financial services technology knowledge preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel domestically up to 50% of the time
