Job Summary

Prepare presentation materials for Integration IMO, Workstream meetings, M&A committees, and Steering Committees. Develop ad hoc reports, coordinate internal and external reporting, and assist Integration Leads on various transactions. Develop understanding of the Integration process steps and support the development of processes and tools for Integration/M&A practices, including BKMs. Provide support on data environment understanding and lead data separation projects, while supporting the development and management of AI Agents & Libraries. Maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills. Full-time role based in Santa Clara, CA, reporting to the VP of Integration M&A. Requires Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of work experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 2- 4 years' work experience
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Project or other project management applications
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Candidate must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for Applied Materials in the United States
