Job Summary
Lead and support buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, advising clients on acquisitions, divestitures, strategic alliances, spin-offs, carve-outs, recapitalizations, leveraged buyouts, and tender offers. Draft and negotiate transaction documents and agreements while collaborating directly with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams to navigate complex corporate and structural issues in high-stakes deals. Requires 3–5 years of M&A experience at a top-tier law firm with strong domestic and cross-border transaction execution skills. Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of M&A experience at a top-tier law firm
- AmLaw preferred
- Strong experience with domestic and cross-border transactions
- Strong experience with buy-side and sell-side deal execution
- Deep understanding of corporate structuring and transaction strategy
- Deep understanding of complex deal mechanics across multiple industries
- Active bar admission (or ability to waive in)
