Job Summary
Assist in sourcing and evaluating M&A opportunities aligned with client business objectives, conducting financial modeling, valuation analysis, and preliminary due diligence for potential targets. Support the preparation of business cases, investment memos, and presentation materials while working with cross-functional teams to gather operational, legal, financial, and market insights. Coordinate external advisors during deal execution and help develop integration or separation plans post-transaction. Track and report on the M&A pipeline and deal progress to senior management, staying updated on consumer healthcare market trends, competitive activity, and regulatory changes. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, investment banking, management consulting, or corporate development
- Experience ideally within consumer health, FMCG, or healthcare industries
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
- Excellent project management abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed, and cross-functional environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or CA qualification
- Knowledge of M&A research databases/tools
