Job Summary
Psychiatrist to provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management in a 100% outpatient clinic in Lake Geneva, WI, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists. Join Mercyhealth Behavioral Health Clinic with H1B sponsorship and relocation assistance. 4-5 days per week, with a supportive infrastructure including a medical assistant, EPIC EMR, and robust referral networks. Must hold MD/DO and be board certified/eligible; residency training in an ACGME-accredited psychiatric program; strong communication and teamwork skills; care for patients across the lifespan. Compensation includes an initial salary guarantee of $300k-$375k with production-based model after first year, sign-on bonus, loan repayment, comprehensive benefits, and day-one retirement and leave benefits.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO board certified/board eligible
- Residency training from an ACGME-accredited psychiatric program
