Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive training across all service lines through classroom didactics, online modules, and hands-on clinical practice in circulating and scrub roles. Participate in a five-month residency program followed by an additional month of mentorship before transitioning into specialty-focused training. Work Monday through Friday from 7am to 3pm in one of seven specialty teams including general, robotic, and neurosurgery, adhering to a schedule of three 12-hour shifts, four 10-hour shifts, or five 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute call time requirement.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing degree from an accredited school
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Missouri
- BLS required
