Job Summary
Mercy St Louis Hospital is offering an Operating Room Residency for both graduates and experienced nurses. The program is a 5-month residency with one month of mentorship, providing orientation to circulating and scrub roles across multiple surgical service lines in a Level 1 Trauma Center/Burn Center. The residency combines classroom didactics, online modules, and hands-on practice with mentorship after completion to support specialty training in a chosen service line. Schedule options include three 12s, four 10s, or five 8s shifts (days). Eligibility includes a nursing degree from an accredited school, an active Missouri RN license, and BLS certification. Required Qualifications
