Job Summary
Conduct daily neonatal care for premature and full-term infants in our Level IV NICU, managing an average census of 88 babies under specialized mentorship. Receive comprehensive 16-week residency training focused on hands-on clinical skills and unit-specific protocols. Maintain current RN licensure in Missouri or a compact state, hold BLS certification, and ideally bring Patient Care Tech experience. Work full-time night shifts (36 hours/week) starting January 2027, with eligibility for RN to BSN bridge funding and loan forgiveness programs. Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in Missouri or compact state, or eligible to obtain within 90 days of graduation
- BLS through the American Heart Association
- Nursing degree from an accredited school
- Must graduate within 12 months of hire to qualify

- Patient Care Tech experience preferred
