Job Summary
NICU Nurse Residency Fellowship for new graduates at Mercy St. Louis' Level IV NICU. 16-week program with hands-on training and mentorship, night-shift with shift differential, day-one benefits, and support for further education (RN to BSN bridge and loan forgiveness). RN license in Missouri or a compact state (eligible within 90 days of graduation), BLS certification required. January 2027 residency; 36 hours per week, night shift; full-time, benefit-eligible from day one.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred)
- Current RN license in Missouri or compact state, or eligible to obtain within 90 days of graduation
- BLS through the American Heart Association
