Job Summary
Conduct neonatal intensive care training as part of a 16-week residency fellowship for new graduate RNs. Manage patient care for premature and full-term infants in a Level IV NICU with an average daily census of 88 babies. Receive hands-on mentorship and specialized unit-specific training in a collaborative, family-centered environment. Work night shifts as a full-time position with 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in Missouri or compact state, or eligible to obtain within 90 days of graduation
- BLS through the American Heart Association
- Nursing degree from an accredited school
- Must graduate within 12 months of hire to qualify
Desired Qualifications
- BSN preferred
- Patient Care Tech experience preferred
