Job Summary
Residency program for new graduate RNs in Mercy St. Louis Level IV NICU offering a 16-week Nurse Residency Fellowship with hands-on training and mentorship. Full-time night shift (36 hours/week) starting January 2027, with day-one benefits, shift differential for night shifts, and RN-to-BSN bridge and loan forgiveness options. Requires an accredited nursing degree (BSN preferred) and a Missouri or compact-state RN license (eligible within 90 days), plus BLS certification. Focus on neonatal patient care, mentorship, and professional growth within a collaborative, family-centered NICU environment.
Required Qualifications
