Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive neonatal care for premature and full-term infants in a Level IV NICU with an average daily census of 88 babies. Receive specialized, unit-specific training and mentorship through a 16-week Nurse Residency Fellowship designed to support new graduate RNs transitioning into professional practice. Deliver care in a collaborative, family-centered environment while earning shift differential pay for night shifts. Maintain eligibility by graduating within 12 months of hire to qualify for the RN to BSN Bridge Program and loan forgiveness benefits. Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in Missouri or compact state, or eligible to obtain within 90 days of graduation
- BLS through the American Heart Association
- Nursing degree from an accredited school
- Must graduate within 12 months of hire to qualify

- Patient Care Tech experience preferred
