Job Summary
New graduate RN residency in Mercy St. Louis NICU (Level IV). 16-week Nurse Residency Fellowship offering hands-on training, mentorship, and unit-specific preparation for professional practice. Night shift with shift differential; 36 hours per week; day-one benefits. RN loan forgiveness and bridge program support available; eligibility includes graduating within 12 months and BSN preferred. Residency emphasizes a collaborative, family-centered NICU environment with opportunities for growth, and pathways to BSN completion and specialty coaching. Required Qualifications
