Mercy South - Facility Float Pool RN

Float Pool RN provides patient care across units in Mercy South, leveraging nursing process and professional accountability to coordinate care with other departments. Responsibilities include maintaining patients' rights and confidentiality, adhering to nursing practice guidelines and Mercy Service Standards, and delivering care in a fast-paced environment across multiple units (Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU, ED, Behavioral Health, Oncology, Neurology, and more). Flexible scheduling includes 12-hour shifts (7 AM–7 PM or 7 PM–7 AM) and 8-hour evening shifts (3 PM–11 PM); tiered shift differentials and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for eligible RNs. Qualifications include 1–2 years of bedside RN experience, a nursing degree (BSN preferred), current MO RN license, and BLS certification.
