Job Summary
Mercy Rogers New-Graduate Nurse Residency program at Mercy Northwest Arkansas (Rogers, AR) is a one-year transition-to-practice residency designed to support newly licensed nurses as they begin professional practice. The program offers structured orientation, hands-on clinical training, ongoing mentorship with experienced preceptors, and targeted educational sessions across departments including ED, ICU, PCU, Med/Surg, Ortho/Surgical, and Mother/Baby. Required Qualifications
- Nursing Degree from an accredited school
- Current nursing license required in hiring state and/or compact licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Eligibility: 12 months or less nursing experience
- Program start date September 28, 2026
- Orientation schedule Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm
- Eligibility for nursing license per state board requirements
