Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care for the communities of Baltimore City, focusing on prenatal services and vulnerable patients. Deliver collaborative practice operations under a Medical Director and OB Chairman, utilizing a team approach with physicians, APPs, midwives, RNs, and medical students. Manage shared call rotation and weekly set schedules to optimize workflow efficiency and patient outcomes. Maintain board certification or eligibility in OBGYN while contributing to a 150-year tradition of healing.
