Manage a women's health program at Mercy Anderson Hospital with a flexible weekly schedule alternating between office and surgery alongside shared call responsibilities. Deliver care to an established patient base utilizing 12 exam rooms, supported by dedicated medical assistants, practice triage staff, and a float chaperone. Collaborate with midwives for comprehensive care and leverage University of Cincinnati MFM support for high-risk cases. Manage Level II NICU coordination and oversee family birthing center operations including two operating rooms and perioperative services. Utilize 24/7 radiology and lab services while balancing 1:4 call rotation with in-house OB Hospitalist backup.
